How the app works
First time? Here is all you need!

Download app and create account
Search for “Speed Queen” and download the Speed Queen App from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™. Tap Sign Up and create your account. Add our location information (available in the store) and payment method. You also have the option of using our touchscreen payment center.

Select washer or dryer
View available washers and dryers before you come in. Select your washer or dryer, all the laundry options you need.

Pay to start machine
Simply pay on your app and head to the machine to load your laundry and push the touchscreen to start it. You can monitor wash and dry times directly on your phone.
Utilize our touchscreen payment centers for the same experience and this offers credit card and mobile pay options.
Our machines do not accept quarters or provide change.

Frequently asked questions
I have special requests for my laundry drop off service.
All special instructions need to be given to the attendant at the time of drop off. If you have expensive wear, we hang dry those items for you. We will definitely accommodate your clothing needs.
Will I have help if I need it when I am in the store?
We are staffed during business hours and there will always be a Retail Service Associate on hand to guide you through the process.
I do not have my laundry detergent. Can you help?
We have a vending machine that has various laundry detergent options, bleaches, fabric softeners, etc.
I have an Airbnb. Can I drop off and then come back to pick up the clean laundry?
Yes, we specialize in Commercial Laundry Services. We understand the level of detail involved in keeping to your schedule, as you have schedules to keep for your customers. Your satisfaction is our priority!
What type of amenities do you have in your store?
We have an X-Box gaming system, comfortable kids play area, fruit juices/drinks, flat screen TVs and powered tables for your convenience while you wait. Remember, you do not need to wait for your laundry, our app provides all the details you need about your laundry and the number of minutes left. Feel free to explore what the area has to offer!
I am a residential customer and I will like to schedule a pick up service.
We do not provide pick up services for one-time customers, but drop offs are welcome. Residential and commercial customers that meet the minimum order requirements ($50.00) and distance from our store (5 miles) will be able to schedule a pick up. A convenience fee will be assessed.
