Download app and create account
Search for “Speed Queen” and download the Speed Queen App from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™. Tap Sign Up and create your account. Add our location information (available in the store) and payment method. You also have the option of using our touchscreen payment center.

Select washer or dryer
View available washers and dryers before you come in. Select your washer or dryer, all the laundry options you need.
If you are not a first time user, start here.

Pay to start machine
Simply pay on your app and head to the machine to load your laundry and push the touchscreen to start it. You can monitor wash and dry times directly on your phone.
Utilize our touchscreen payment centers for the same experience and this offers credit card and mobile pay options.
Our machines do not accept quarters or provide change.
